$60 minimum per appointment, then $15 per additional 15 minutes. Contractor charges separate.

Base rates are for straightforward homes up to 2,500 sq. ft. in our agreed Peoria service area. Homes 2,501–3,500 sq. ft.: add $10 per visit. Larger homes, casitas, multiple buildings, and additional travel are quoted before booking.
Simple subscription details
Plans are month-to-month and billed in advance, with no annual commitment. Choose your seasonal start and end dates, or pause or cancel in writing before the next renewal without a cancellation fee. Confirm partial-month pricing before enrolling.
Essential and Plus have fixed monthly visit counts; they do not promise visits exactly every 14 or seven days. Weekly includes 52 visits over a full year. We agree on dates and maximum gaps before service starts. Please check any visit requirements with your insurer.
Unused visits do not roll over. Visits missed by BaseView 365 will be rescheduled or credited. Additional services are separate. Any automatic payments require your explicit authorization.

What is home watch?
Scheduled visits to observe agreed areas of an unoccupied home and report readily visible concerns. It is not a house-sitting service where someone stays overnight.
Where do you offer service?
Based in Peoria, with a focus on Vistancia and North Peoria. We confirm your address, travel needs, and availability before agreeing on service.
Which plan should I choose?
Choose the frequency that fits your property and time away, and confirm any vacancy or visit requirements with your insurer. Essential and Plus use fixed monthly visit counts; Weekly provides one visit each week.
What if you see a concern?
We document the observation and communicate using your agreed procedure. Vendor coordination and separately billed attendance require the appropriate written authorization. For immediate danger, contact emergency services.
Can I cancel or pause?
Yes. Plans are month-to-month. Request a pause or cancellation in writing before the next renewal. Confirm seasonal dates and partial-month pricing before enrolling.
